Holiday Help-Shipping

The holidays can be hectic, and we know how important it is to get your items on time! Check out the dates below to help guide your shipping choices and keep your gifts (whether for yourself or someone else) from being unfashionably late:

The elves are working overtime to help you receive your items in time for the holidays! You can check out our Shipping Page below for all the in-depth details about each shipping option. When choosing your shipping method, please note:
 
- Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
 - UPS will be closed on December 25th, 2015 and January 1, 2016. These are not considered business days.
 - We work  with our partners at UPS to ensure orders are delivered on time but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
 
1. Delayed deliveries due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Packages left unattended upon delivery.
3. Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
4. Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive
             their shipment.

Shipping

ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $50.00 get FREE GROUND SHIPPING.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST (11:00 a.m. PST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

You may select from Standard Shipping (2-10 business days), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. UPS days refer to business days. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier for domestic orders. We use USPS for international and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If an order is expedited, however,  it will ship through UPS and a physical address will be needed since they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited orders. Some orders may be shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Red Dress will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Weekends
Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

3 Day Shipping
All Third Day Air orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Third Day Air orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Third Day Air orders placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Third Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

2nd Day Air
All Second Day Air orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Second Day Air is not available for Canada.

Overnight Shipping
Orders placed with Overnight Delivery (next business day) must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 p.m. EST. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval.
Overnight Delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
